Home Instead is looking for dedicated Care Professionals to support seniors across Victoria, Sidney, and North Saanich helping them live safely and comfortably at home with dignity and respect.

Flexible availability is required for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Use ceiling lifts and other equipment to ensure safe and confident care

• Offer companionship and cognitive support for clients living with dementia

• Help create a warm, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes well-being and independence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing personal care and supporting individuals living with dementia

• Familiarity with ceiling lifts (or eagerness to be trained)

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional presence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Consistent morning availability
